Happy Wednesday – you know what that means, DIVA COFFEE BREAK CHALLENGE
and this week, it is another color challenge
My mind automatically went to fall, leaves, and guy cards….
I also really liked the sketch for last week over at Techno Stamper #93, so I used that
and seeing as Late Night Stampers weekly theme this week, is MASCULINE, well, I'm triple dipping!
as I said yesterday, I need a ton of guy cards this month, so I decided to make two.
We can call these fast and fun because they were.
both cards are Always Artichoke 4.1/4 x 5.1/2
the Designer Series paper is 2.1/2 x 4.1/2
Creamy Caramel Mat is 2.5/8 x 4.5/8
Bravo Burgundy Mat is 2.3/4 x 4.3/4
The Always Artichoke "happy birthday" piece is 1.1/2 x 2.1/2
Creamy Caramel mat is 1.5/8 x 2.5/8
Bravo Burgundy mat is 1.3/4 x 2.3/4
I used a piece of Sticky Strip to lay down a piece of Ruby Red Ribbon.
I gold embossed the leaves from AUTUMN SPLENDOR STAMP SET
in gold embossing powder on Very Vanilla and I painted them with my
WATERCOLOR WONDER CRAYONS AND MY AQUA PAINTER,
cut them out and attached them with dimensionals.
I also embossed the leaves on the card as background.
Supply List:
Autumn Traditions Designer Paper – page 160 #115668 $9.95

Now it's your turn. Get out your colors and create a card then hop on over to the
and upload your card.
Happy Stamping and thank you so much for stopping in. Please leave me a comment and tell me which card you like better, I'm having a hard time deciding. See you Soon.

okay you have a good day and see you tomorrow for the 10 min challenge
Again GREAT job Sandi
Hi Sandi; They are both lovely but I am leaning towards the one on the right. Must be the leaves.
Cynthia
Hey, Girlfriend!
I like both cards, but I’m partial to maple leaves for some reason, so I’ll say that’s my “favorite”. Both are very nice, though!
Great colors in the challenge, too!
Wow! Hard decision but I think after some thought I like the 2nd one best. The first one seems to need another leave on the background. I kinda follow the use of 3 embellishments to balance the card.
Oh, wow, these cards are absolutely stunning and your tips are terrific–even for a newbie like me! Thanks so much for sharing!
Hi Sandi, beautiful cards. I am a little late on checking out last weeks diva challenge, but I am glad I had time to come and check it out. Both cards are great but I think I like the one on the right the best.
