Hi stamping friends.
I have a quick, but sad post for you today.
I unfortunately have two very dear friends who both lost their dogs recently so I ordered the D is for Dog Stamp Set.
I was also going through the Welcome Neighbor designer series paper and saw a sheet I really liked – by the way, you get 3 pieces of each design in this paper.
As we know, sympathy cards are hard to make, these types are especially hard for me, the dog lover!.
The card is 4-1/4 x 5-1/2, side fold in Soft Suede, I thought it went well with the paper.
I also just received the Lot of Tags Sizzlits 4 pack dies, so I used one of them.
The scroll stamped in the sentiment is from Charming, a stamp set that has been held over from the Holiday Mini – the number is 116519 price is $19.95.
I used the 3 heart punch, stamped the paw on a scrap of Pretty in Pink, then punched it out.
Lets call this card Paws on our Hearts shall we.
Connie and Patricia I am so very sorry for your loss,
and my thoughts and prayers are with you through this difficult time.
I have another friend Shelagh who lost her doggy a bit ago, and I loved Sam so much I could not even bring myself to make a card, I just cried, so Shelagh my friend, this one is for you too.
Know that all these dear friends have crossed over the Rainbow bridge and are now all playing happily together with Jack and Buddy, no more pain or sickness, eyes shinning, chasing those Tennis Balls.
Have a wonderful weekend and don't forget to give your best friend a little scritch!

((Hugs)) to your friends on the losses of their furbabies. That is very hard. They are now up at Rainbow Bridge with our two rotts- maybe they will get together and run some relay races to chase those balls…
I would have been very touched to receive a card like this from a friend.
Thank you for sharing a new idea for a set I do have.
Nothing can be harder than losing a furry friend, what total unconditional love they give to us each and everyday. I’m sure your friends will treasure the cards you have made for them. Mary
OH Sandi, I am sorry to hear about the loss of your friends special buddies. It is always so hard to loose a pet I too know that loss a few times over throughout the years. Your card is wonderful.
Being a dog lover, I understand how hard it is to lose one of our furry members of our family. My condolences go out to your friends. I am sure they will appreciate your card.
This made me tear up. It’s a sweet card.
You listed Jack as one who has crossed the rainbow bridge. Is this your Jack?
