Hey stampers from SAlt Lake City…We are having a blast here. It's Wed. morning as I post to you and that means we have finished two fun filled days of stamping with the Late Night Stampers group here in the Radisson Hotel…Newly renovated I might add and they are treating us so Royally, even opened the restaurant early for us yesterday….The Lunches for the events have also been over the Top. But I know you want to see what we have been creating,
first we all get our daily doggy loving from Max. Max is a working dog and he lays patiently by his mommy at every table while she stamps. We have been seeing our Max here every year for many, many many years and we all love him so.
Here is one of our morning projects, it;s a darling basking and matching card, this was so much fun to make. Monday and Tuesday morning there are 12 really great quality projects that we make, all the instructors donate their time to teaching, and also the cutting and kitting ahead of time…
Here is another morning project, the Exploding Box, isn't it pretty!
and the beautiful lid that goes with it decorated with a beautiful 3-d flower
This was a sample of something similar of another project we made, it's framed in a 12 x 12 frame, and all the little squares are made individually first then placed on. Really fun project and awesome instructions, Hi Marilyn.
There is a new event this year at the Late Night Stampers Convention Event, an artisan contest. We have 9 entries this year and we are waiting for the last of them to get here and put up their displays…..this is one of the beautiful cards from that event….we are voting daily for our favorites, and awards will be handed out Friday evening, at our 80+1 Swap Event.
That's it for me today folks, we have to get our butts in gear and go have breakfast….this morning we are taking the Stampin Up Bus to Head Office, to hoot around there, and the shipping department, my buddy Shelagh has not seen it, and Lee Conrey from Florida and her girls arrived last evening and they will be joining us too. And my sis Miss CaroleAnne arrived last evening too.
here we are all together again…..have to say this is the best thing about convention, is the old and new friendships and the opportunity to spend some amazing time together once a year with each other…..
so, from Shelagh and Sandi in Salt Lake City – see you later, and we promise to take a ton more pictures today for you. and I'm off to share another beautiful card on my business facebook page!…
Hugs and Happy Stamping and if you need stamping supplies, I would LOVE to be your Demonstrator!
