One of my most favorite stamp sets in the Holiday Mini is PEACEFUL SEASON and Stampin Up gave it to us for FREE the last day of convention (love them! they are so wonderful to us demonstrators). It is the Level 2 Hostess Set from the NEW HOLIDAY MINI, so to earn it you need to Host a $300.00 or higher workshop (or one big honking online order, LOL).
Thursday’s Class here in the studio was FAST AND FUN CHRISTMAS CARDS and I created one using this stamp set
I love the white space of this card and the simple elegance of it. I used Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive Markers to ink the holly stamp, and stamp the sentiment. The dove is embossed in gold and cut out.
Base of the card is 4-1/4 x 5-1/2, top fold in Cherry Cobbler
4 x 5-1/4 Very Vanilla.
The sentiment piece is 2 x 3 with a Cherry Cobbler Mat of 2-1/4 x 3-1/4.
Sentiment is stamped in Cherry Cobbler
A 16″ piece of Very Vanilla Satin ribbon tied in a knot completes the card.
