Hi stampers. Well, I'm still building tags and cards and getting my wrapping done so I have another few items to share with you today. I was playing with the SNOWFLAKE PUNCH to create tags to match some more wrapping paper, and I had a little brain storm on using the reverse part of the punch out. It was glimmer paper, so I was having such a hard time throwing it out, so I made a little card out of it.

The Background is a scrap of Shimmery Gold, 3-1/2" wide and 5-1/2" long, and I punched the edge with the PINKING HEARTS BORDER PUNCH
Added the sentiment from FOUR THE HOLIDAYS.
Card Base is Cherry Cobbler, cut 4-1/4" x 11". Nice fast and easy card, and oh, NAPR (no additional postage required).
oops, I almost forgot to show you the tags, tee hee…

they go on gifts wrapped in matching paper.

Do you want to know how to make them?
I thought you might, so here is a FREE TUTORIAL for you. Why a free tutorial today, well, I just noticed my visit counter this morning, and we went over 2 million over the weekend. Instead of having blog candy and giving it away to one person, I wanted to give you all something and say thank you so much for visiting me, I so appreciate it.
Hugs and Happy Stamping

Sandie,
You are such a gal after my own heart–I can't bear to throw the scraps of that sparkly paper away either. So love the idea of the cutouts being used this way.
Beautiful!!! Thanks so much for sharing!
Love your card! I also hate to throw away scraps from the glittler paper so will look at mine from last year and see what I can salvage…great idea and thanks! I had to order more this year as it is so beautiful and needed more plus the silver!!! Thank you for the tutorial as well…and congratulations on having over 2,000,000 hits on your blog – no big surprise!
What a great idea – making a square to use the inside - stencil like part from punching. So beautiful, your card. Love blue!
Great tags ~ appreciate the free tutorial. Great card using the negative of your punched snowflakes. Isn't that glimmer paper just fabulous? Congrats also on 2M+ hits!
Wait til you see my box for the final countdown….so weird! Reverse image of the swirls in glimmer red!!!! Love this card . Hugs Shelagh.
